We recently forwarded the subject report to you with a letter dated December 23,1998. FEMA Region IV recently sent us a corrected page 19 because of misleading information in the discussion for the Joint Information Center for the State of Georgia in the original report.

Please replace page 19 of the original report with the enclosed corrected page 19.
