APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPEEATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the technical specifications set forth in Appendix A to these licenses be amended to modify the chemical addition- system requirements regarding engineered safety feature subsystems and to revise the Unit No. I chemical injection pump flow requirements in accordance with updated analysis results.

The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachments A to this application. A safety _ analysis and -no significant hazards evaluation are set forth in Attachment B. Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.

WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Append 1/ A to these operating _ licenses be amended in the form attached herete as 1 Attachment A.
