SUMMARY

At 04:39 on 02-03-04, Callaway Plant experienced an unexpected reactor trip. It was determined that the switch yard output breakers opened due to a protective relay failure. The plant was returned to service at 15:00 on 02-15-04. This event will be reported in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73.

At 15:25 on 02-15-04, Callaway Plant experienced an unexpected reactor trip. The trip was due to low steam generator water level. The plant was returned to service at 17:56 on 02-17-04.

This event will be reported in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73.
