1 CORRECTIVE ACTIONS/COMMENTS Foreign Material inspections
SUMMARY
From February 1 to February 15, the Callaway Plant was in an outage to remove the internal floating cover from the Condensate Storage Tank and to complete inspections of the Auxiliary Feedwater System for foreign material. These activities were necessary due to deterioration of the seal on the floating cover. At 21:45 on February 15, the plant was synchronized to the arid.
