Construction Permits CPPR-135 and CPPR-136

Dear Mr. Denton:

On March 13, 1981, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts submitted to you a Memorandum in support of the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League's June 30, 1980 petition for an Order to show Cause why the above-referenced construction permits should not be suspended or revoked. We are writing to correct for the recced certain minor, non-substantive errors contained in one paragraph of that Memorandum.

Those corrections are as follows:

(1) The phrase " plume speed" on line twenty-two of page 9 should read " evacuation speed";

(2) the word "three" on line twenty-two of page 9 should read "four"; and (3) the word "five" on line three of page 10 should read "six".

Again, we urge you to act on the SAPL petition at the earliest possible moment given the critical nature of the safety issue involved. 4693 Very truly yours, FRANCIS X. BELLOTTI ff Attorney General By f ,~ / d<+M '
