U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Office of General Counsel 15th Floor 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD 20852
Dear'Mr. Turk:
This letter is to confirm our conversation of today regarding the NRC Staff's Motion to Compel, presently outstanding, filed on October 12, 1988, and received by this office on October 17, 1988.
You have agreed to extend the time for the Massachusetts Attorney General's office to respond to the aforementioned motion until November 4, 1988.
This agreement was reached in order to allow time for your review of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Supplemental Responses, which were faxed to your office on both October 24 and October 25, 1988, and mailed to the service list on October 25, 1988, and in order to allow time for your determination as to whether the Staff's Motion to Compel will be withdrawn.
Very truly yours,
(
