Washington, DC 20472 Re: Proposed Witness Schedule

Dear Tom,

Sherwin, and Joe:

Having now had an opportunity to review all the pre-filed testimony, we would propose the following schedule for the remaining witnesses on the SPMC/ Exercise portion of the case. This schedule generally seeks, first, to finish up the "Round One" witnesses, then moves to ETEs (and, I believe, the returning commuters issue left over from the New Hampshire hearings), followed next by Mr. Donovan, then "Round Two" witnesses. There are a couple of exceptions i to this general structure, as you will see. These are the result of witness availability / travel concerns. Also, we have tried to place the New Hampshire exercise witnesses at the end of the schedule. This will facilitate hearing j them at a location in New Hampshire, if the Board elects i to do so.

)

1 If you have any problems with this schedule, please l

call us at the earliest opportunity so that we may discuss it.  !
