RE:

In the Matter of Public' Service Company of New Hampshire, el al. (Seabrook Station, Units 1 and 2) Docket Nos 50-443-OL and 50-444-OL

Dear Administrative Judges:

Upon review of Massachusetts Attorney General James M. Shannon's Proposed Findings of Fact, Rulings of Law, and Conclusions with Respect to the Seabrook Plan for Massachusetts Communities and the Exercise Contentions, we would like to clarify an ambiguity.

Paragraph 9.1.78.QQ. is intended to strike Applicants' paragraphs 9.1.79-9.1.118.

We would note additionally, that paragraph 9.1.99.A. on page 472 is a MAG paragraph and is'not part of the striken material, neerely lfA ydc-
