NECNP is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing public education about nuclear energy and safe energy alternatives. NECNP has been an intervenor in the Seabrook nuclear power plant licensing case for over fifteen years. The information sought will be used by NECNP for public education purposes, and to pursue the interest of its members and the gen-eral public in the safe operation of the Seabrook nuclear power plant. Therefore, we request that you waive any searching and/or copying fees that may be assessed.
