Enclosed please find three pleadings of the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League with respect to the Applicants' Motion'for.
Vacation of Stay of authorization'of low power operation at Seabrook Station.
The-pleadings are SAPL's initial response, (dated October 9) a motion to leave to file a supplemental j
- response and the supplemental response (the latter two pleadings dated October 15.)~
.Due to an error by my. secretarial staff, these pleadings were inadvertently served on the ASLB service list and were not appropriately directed to the Commission until late last week.
