~Ob To whom it may concern, Please consider the following request under the Freedom of Information Act as amended (5 USC Section 552).
Please send all information in NRC files related to groundwater and chemistry groundwater tracking program of New Hampshire Yankee for the Seabrook nuclear power plant, as well as files realated-to groundwater " trending", and leakage into plant buildings. Also all results of groundwater tests in and around the plant site.
The FOIA division of the NRC has determined that the Employees Legal Project is exempt from fees. (See FOIA 88-233.) as per request of ELP director Sharon Tracy.
