This letter forwards Licensee Event Report 80-37/3L-0 required to be submitted within thirty day pursuant to Millstona Unit 2 Appendix A Techaical Specifications, Section 6.9.1.9.a, reactor protection system instrument settings found to be less conservative than those required in the Technical Specifications but which do not prevent the fulfillment of the functional requirements of the effected system. An additional three copies of the report are enclosed.
