EVENT DESCRIPTION AND PROS A8LE CONSECuENCES lot 21 IWhile in Mede 3 routine survelillance discovered that a valve in the centrifugql o 3 l charging pump discharge line of train B of the Safety Injection System would nqt o a levele. Thus. train B of the Safety Iniection Syst.em uns declared inoperable g g l per T.S.3.5.2 which is reportable per T.S.6.9.1.13 (b). Since train A was avai,1- 1 ITTTllable for cooldown while train B was inoperable, this incident had no effect on; o > ithe safe operation of the plant or the health and safety of the public. ,
