This vio-jajslllates T.S.3.9.8.2 which is reportable per T.S.6.9.1.ll(b). With the ND system i j o,.3 l l inoperable reactor coolant ' loop average temp. increased 28 degrees. This increhe j3j,ilwas not detrimental since the chemical and volume control system was availableI lo.s lto provide cool makeup water. Health and safety of the nublic were unaffected.l m':
