Q twater)), and were declared inoperable (per T.S.3.3.3.8 and 3.3.3.9) after the 1 Q Ipower breaker would not reset. This is reportable per T.S.6.9.1.13(b), and re- g o i Iquired periodic sampling per the action statements. Because of the sampling and g rne n tavailability of a redundant monitor, health and safety of the public were unaffetted.  :
