McGuire Unit I began the month of September holding at 45% power to repair "IB" feedwater pump  ;

bearings. On 09/01/98 at 0116 the unit began power escalation. The unit returned to 100% full power on 09/01/98 at 1030 and operated at or near 100% full power the remainder of the month.
