The original repor was submitted by my letter dated February 9, 1983. This report conceras T.S. 3.4.4, "The pressurizer shall be operable with...et least two groups of pressurizer heaters each having a capacity of at least 150 kw".

This incidett was considered to be of no significance with respect to the health and safety of the public.
