Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 3 Transmittal of Amendment 5 to the ER and Responses to Selected Requests for AdditionalInformation In accordance with 10 CFR 50.30(c)(1)(iv), Northeast Nuclear Energy Company, as applicants' representative for an operating license for Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 3, hereby submits Amendment 5 to the Environmental Report (ER) and responses to selected requests for additional information. As required, enclosed are forty-one (41) copies.

This amendment is being submitted in order to respond to those questions in Reference (1) that were not contained in Amendment 5 or 6 to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) and to provide miscellaneous revisions to the ER. For Questions 6290.2 and E290.3 we have committed to submit the requested information at a later date. This has been discussed and agreed upon with the NRC Project Manager, Ms. E. L. Doolittle.
