By letter dated August 3, 2012 (Reference 1), Union Electric (Ameren Missouri) submitted Physical Security Plan, Revision 10, for Callaway Plant, Unit 1 in accordance with 10 CFR 50. 5 4 (p).

Reference 2 transmitted a Request for Additional Information (RAI) from the NRC related to the Physical Security Plan revision in reference 1. Reference 3 transmitted Union Electric's response- to Reference 2. The NRC requested additional information via Reference 4.

Enclosure I to this letter contains the response to the RAI contained in Reference 4.

The Enclosure to this letter contains Safeguards Information within the scope of 10 CFR 73.21. SP~2I Removal of enclosure declassifies this document
