FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN. REVISION 10 Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(p), Union Electric Company furnishes four copies of Revision 10 of the Callaway Plant Physical Security Plan. Distribution of these documents is outlined on the attachment. Changes incorporated into this revision are consistent with 10 CFR 50.54(p) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the security program.

This revision incorporates the following changes:

1. Editorial changes and changes to Sections 11.1, 11.5, 14.4.1, 14.4.2, 14.4.5, 21.13, 21.14.,

Appendix A, and Appendix B - Table 1 (Critical Task Matrix) in accordance with Revision 7 to NEI 03-12, Security Plan Template.

2. Changes to Section 14.4.4 due to Revision 7to NEI 03-12, Security Plan Template and Security Frequently Asked Question (SFAQ) 12-06 and its effect on Protected Area re-entry for armed security officers.

3. Changes to Appendix B - Section 3.1 due to Revision 7 to NEI 03-12, Security Plan Template and SFAQ 12-04 and its effect on the critical task matrix for qualification of security force personnel.

4. Changes to Appendix C - Section 2.2 due to Revision 7 to NEI 03-12, Security Plan Template and SFAQ 12-04 and the requirement to add "Attempted or Confirmed Cyber Attack" to the Safeguards Contingency Events. $ Db I The enclosed document contains Safeguards Information within the scope of 10 CFR 73.21.
