RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 RESULTS Of STEAM GENERATOR TUBE IN-SERVICE INSPECTION In accordance with Callaway Plant Technical Specification 5.6.10, the enclosed report provides the results ofthe most recent steam generator tube in-service inspection performed at Callaway Plant.

This report documents that the steam generator tube integrity performance criteria have been met for operating cycles 22. 23, 24. and 25 (i.e., from April 2016 to April 2022, for a duration of 4.655

( EFPY)) and that there is reasonable assurance the performance criteria will be met for the upcoming 5-cycle operating period, consisting.ofcycles 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30. not to exceed 7.2 EFPY.

This letter does not contain new commitments.
