RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN (RERP), REVISION 55 Pursuant to 10 CFR 5054(q)(5), please find enclosed (as Enclosure 1) one copy ofRevision 55 to the Callaway Plant Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP). Also enclosed (as Enclosure 2) is one copy of the Procedure Review Form (PRF), Summary of Changes, and Analysis (50.59 Applicability and 50.54(q) Screening Forms) for the Callaway Plant RERP, Revision 55.

Revision 55 ofthe RERP reflects changes recently approved by the NRC as well as changes that did not require NRC approval. The changes that required NRC approval were previously determined to constitute a reduction in effectiveness of the RERP such that approval of those changes was requested in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(4). They were approved via Amendment 23 1 to the Callaway Operating License, as transmitted via NRC letter dated February 24, 2023 (ADAMS Accession Number ML22361A070). Revision 55 ofthe RERP reflects implementation ofthose approved changes. The changes that were determined to not constitute a reduction in effectiveness ofthe RERP are hereby provided pursuant to 1 0 CfR 50.54(q)(5). As previously noted, they are included in the enclosed RERP revision (which is supported by the PRF, Summary of Changes, and Analysis provided in Enclosure 2).

The RERP, as revised, continues to meet the standards of 1 0 CFR 50.47(b), Appendix E to Part 50 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and the requirements of 1 0 CFR 5 0.54(q).

This letter does not contain new commitments.
