Ameien MISSOURI Callaway Plant November 30, 2022 ULNRC-067$0 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Washington. DC 20555-000 1 10 CFR 50.90 Ladies and Gentlemen:

DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 CALLAWAY PLANT UNIT 1 UNION ELECTRIC CO.

RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENT TO LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST TO ADOPT TSTF-439 AND TSTF-505, LDCN 20-0007 By letter dated October 2 1 202 1 identified as Reference 1 in the list of references provided on page 3 of this letter, Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) submitted an application for amendment of the Renewed Operating License for the Callaway plant (License No. NPF-30). The requested amendment would revise applicable Technical Specifications (TS) to implement risk-informed Completion Times and establish the Risk-Informed Completion Time (RICT) Program for Callaway in accordance with the guidance of TSTF-505, Provide Risk-Informed Extended Completion Times -

RITSTF Initiative 4B, Revision 2.

In regard to the TS changes proposed per the LAR, marked-up pages and clean (retyped) pages for reflecting the proposed changes were provided with the Reference 1 LAR. The proposed TS changes underwent revision during the NRCs review such that the originally provided pages were replaced, first per the letter identified as Reference 2 and then again per the letter identified as Reference 3.

Subsequent to submittal ofthe Reference 3 letter, however, it was determined that the none ofthe sets of TS pages provided per References 1 2 and 3 included a mark-up(s) or clean page(s) of the Table of Contents (TOC) for the TS, as it was confirmed with the NRC that the TOC is considered to be part ofthe TS. Although the proposed TS changes did not change any ofthe section titles listed on the TOC, the changes did affect the page numbers for two ofthe sections, and consequently, the revised page numbers need to be reflected in the affected TOC page.

Based on the above, this letter is submitted to provide a mark-up and clean page for the TOC, which are hereby provided as Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 to this letter, respectively.

These errors have been corrected, and therefore, revised TS markup pages and clean pages are hereby provided as Attachment 3 and Attachment 4 to this letter, respectively.

The information provided via this letter does not change the No Significant Hazards Consideration conclusions reached in the LAR, nor does it change the conclusion reached in regard to no need for an environmental assessment based on the categorical exclusion provisions of 1 0 CFR 51.22.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91, Notice for public comment; State consultation, Section (b)(l), a copy ofthis supplement provided in connection with the above-referenced submittals is being provided to the designated Missouri State official.

Further, this submittal does not contain new commitments.
