10 CFR 50.54(p) Revision to the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 9 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of Licenses," paragraph (p)(2), this letter provides Revision 9, dated August 3, 2012, of the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program. The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has evaluated this change and does not consider the revision to decrease the overall effectiveness of the plan. provides a summary of changes. Enclosure 2 provides a copy of the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 9.

This letter contains Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73, "Physical Protection of Plants and Materials," Section 21. Therefore, TVA requests that Enclosure 2 to this letter be withheld from public disclosure. The enclosed plan revision is being sent by FEDEX.
