Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, (Revision 12)

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (p)(2), Exelon is submitting Revision 12 to the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS) Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, (Security Plan). The changes to the OCNGS Security Plan were implemented on July 13, 2012. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), Exelon is submitting this change within 60 days of implementation (Le., no later than September 11, 2012).

The OCNGS Security Plan has been revised to comply with NEI 03-12 Revision 7 template and NEI 03-12 Revision 7 SFAQ Resolutions. Details of these changes are classified as safeguards information.

Exelon has concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the OCNGS Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.
