Dear Dr. Murley:

In the referenced letter, Commonwealth Edison Company (CECO) provided the [

Startup Test Report for Quad Cities Station Unit 2, Cycle 13, in accordance with the Quad  ;

Cities Station Technical Specifications.

At that time, CECO indicated that Test No. 4 (core power distribution symmetry analysis) had not yet been completed, and that a supplement to the report would be upon ,

completion of the test.

The purpose of this letter is to provide the results of Test No. 4, core power  !

distribution symmetry analysis for Quad Cities Unit 2, Cycle 13.
