Dear Dr. Murley:

In the referenced letter, Commonwealth Edison Company (CECO) provided the

Startup Test Report for Quad Cities Station Unit 2, Cycle 13, in accordance with the Quad Cities Station Technical Specifications.

At that time, CECO indicated that Test No. 4 (core power distribution symmetry analysis) had not yet been completed, and that a supplement to the report would be upon completion of the test.

The purpose of this letter is to provide the results of Test No. 4, core power distribution symmetry analysis for Quad Cities Unit 2, Cycle 13.
