Enclosed herewith is Revision 1 to ISAP VII.a.9.Revision 1 is essentially a rewrite of the entire ISAP, wherein the methodology was refocused to directly provide physical verification of compliance with procurement and design requirements specified, by TUGCO and the vendor.The major tasks in revision 1 to the ISAP include the following:
