Dear Mr. Heflin:

This refers to the public Category 3 Open House and Annual Assessment meeting conducted at the New Strawn Community Center, New Strawn, Kansas on June 24, 2015, between the NRC and your staff. Approximately seven members of the public attended and participated in this meeting. During the meeting, the participants discussed the NRC's assessment o f WCNOC performance during 2015 at t he Wolf Creek Generating Station.

Specifically, NRC staff provided an overview of ou r i nspection ac tivities, findings, and ov erall per formance as s essment for t he s tation. During the m eeting, y ou and y our s taff di scussed station performance during 20, and the NRC had informal i nteraction with members o f t he public and local elected officials.
