:        On February 25, 1983, your office was informed that the Reactor Protective System Pump Power Monitor System failed to meet operability requirements. This concerns an operation subject to a limiting condition for operation which was i        less conservative than the least conservative aspect of the limiting condition for operation established in the Technical Specifications. Reportable Occurrence Report R0-287/83-02 providing details of this incident was to have been sub-mitted to you by March 11, 1983, pursuant to Technical Specification 6.6.2.1.a(2).
However, the investigation of this incident and the preparation of a report are incomplete at this time. It is expected that the investigation and report will be completed, reviewed, and submitted to you no later than March 25, 1983.
