OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE DOCKET NO.50-389 UNIT St.Lucie 2 DATE COMPLETED BY Z.Z.Breen REPORT MONTH JANUARY 1992 Unit 2 started the month at full power and remained there until January 22, 1992.On January 22, 1992, Unit 2 was at approximately 664 power for feedwater heater inlet valve repair;upon completion of repair Unit 2 ascended in power and was held at approximately 854 for waterbox cleaning.On January 23, 1992, while at 854 power the 2A Turbine Cooling Water Heat Exchanger was declared out of service and Unit 2 started to reduce power due to high turbine bearing oil temperature., After about an hour the Turbine Cooling Heat Exchanger was back in service and Unit 2 ascended in power;the Unit was then held at approximately 854 power for waterbox cleaning.On January 25, 1992, Unit 2 was at 1004 power and the average daily power remained above 804 for the rest of the month.In accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification 6.9.1.6, there were no challenges to the PORVs or safety valves during the report period.}}
