In the Matter of the Tennessee Valley Authority Docket Nos.50-259 50-260 50-296 By my letter to you dated January 22, 1982, we submitted the first part of the TVA Topical Report,"BWR Transient Analysis Model Utilizing the RETRAN Program," TVA-TR81-01, dated December 31, 1981.That topical report is to be reviewed and approved by the NRC staff thereby allowing licensing of TVA in-house reload core design and analysis for the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.Enclosed is the second part of the topical report containing the description and results of sensitivity studies and determination of statistical ad)ustment factors on calculated delta-CPR/ICPR.Included is a revised abstract, acknowledgement, and table of contents for the topical report.As stated in the January 22, 1982 letter we request that you review the submitted topical report for acceptability for reference in reload license submittals.
