On April 18 the unit began downpower  to repair a leak on the 1B2 Safety Injection Tank header vent valve V-3815. The unit was removed from service at 0031 on April
: 19. Mode 3 was entered at 0228. Mode 4 was entered at 1405. On April 20 at 0315 the unit entered Mode 5.        On April 21 at 0540 Mode 4 was entered and Mode 3 at  1545. On April Mode 2 was entered at 2136 and 22 the reactor went critical at 2200. The unit entered Mode 1 at 0153 on A'pril 23 and returned to service at 0355. Full power reached at 0600 on April  24.
In accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification 6.9.1.6, there were no challenges to the power operated relief valves or the safety valves during the report period.

On April 12 the unit began  to downpower for main steam safety valve testing, reaching approximately 82% power. At 1805 on April 13 the unit began further downpowering. At 0001 on April 14 the unit was removed from service for Cycle 10 refueling and maintenance.
In accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification 6.9.1.6, there were no challenges to the power operated relief valves or the safety valves during the report period.

On April 12 the unit began to downpower for main steam safety valve testing, reaching approximately 82% power. At 1805 on April 13 the unit began further downpowering. At 0001 on April 14 the unit was removed from service for Cycle 10 refueling and maintenance.

In accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification 6.9.1.6, there were no challenges to the power operated relief valves or the safety valves during the report period.
