On behalf of the New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution (NECNP), and pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C.
S 552, et seq., I r equest that you make the following documents available, in the NRC's Public Document Room:
: 1.      Any and all documents in NRC's possession, created or dated in 1984, relating to changes or proposed changes in the ownership and/or management of the Seabrook nuclear power plant, including but not limited to:
: a. documents relating to the "Newbrook' organization;
: b. documents relating to the "New Hampshire Yankee" organization;
: c. documents relating to any proposed or required changes in NRC construction permit or operating license requirements for Seabrook resulting from changes in ownership or management of Seabrook;
: 2.      Any and all documents relating to plan (s) or proposal (s) by Public Service Company of New Hampshire to resume construction at Seabrook, including but not limited to-l
: a. documents relating to changes in the organizational and/or management structure )f                  .

: 3. Any and all documents relating to the financial condition of the owners of the Seabrook project.
NECNP is a public interest organization involved in the litigation of safety issues surrounding the construction and i      operation of the Seabrook Nuclear Plant. The information provided in response to this request will be used to educate the public and promote safety in building and operating the plant. Therefore, NECNP requests that you waive any applicable fees.
I look forward to receiving your response within the statutory time period of ten working days.
