On May 19, 2006, the NRC completed the onsite portion of an inspection at your H. B. Robinson reactor facility. Portions of inspection procedures 71130.01, AccessAuthorization, and 71130.08, Fitness for Duty, were completed at the Carolina Power & LightCorporate Office on February 10, 2006. The enclosed report documents the inspectionfindings, which were discussed with Mr.
