By letter dated April 5,1982 you requested that we clarify a portion of our letter dated September 1,                1981 which responded to NRC Generic Letter 81-01,        " Qualification of        Inspection, Examination, Testing, and Audit Personnel," dated May 4, 1981, regarding Plant Hatch - Units 1 and 2.
