This refers to the inspection conducted on April 18 - May 29,1999, at the Hatch facility. The

enciosed report presents the results of this inspection.
During the inspection period, your conduct of activities at the Hatch facility was generally
characterized by safety-conscious operation, sound engineering and maintenance practices,
and careful radiological work controls.'
