In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2),. Georgia-
-Power Company (GPC) -hereby submits a report of changes made :to the Physical Security Plan (PSP) for Plant Hatch Units 1 and 2.- The revision of the PSP involves changes in the areas of:. 1) position titles to reflect organizational changes, -2) deactivation of the old security headquarters,
- 3) equipment carried by on ' duty security personnel, ~4) equipment
' storage
.f o r. training
- purposes, 5) personnel screening requirements
- 6) incorporation of a contingency plan for a radiological emergency
- 7) incorporation of the contingency plan required by' Generic-j Letter.89-07, " Land Vehicle Bomb", and
- 8) editorial corrections.
GPC has determined that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of - the PSP.
The changes are presented as an enclosure to this letter along with a. justification for the determination of no decrease in safeguards'. effectiveness.
