Your letter dated September 20, 1989 transmitted Amendment 13 to Indemnity Agreement B-69, which relates to the issuance of Operating Licenses DPR-57 and NPF-5 for Plant Hatch.
Georgia Power Company (GPC) i-was requested to return one signed copy of the Amendment.
