.This refers to the inspection conducted on July 11 - August 21,1999, at the Hatch facility. The I

enclosed. report presents the results of this inspection.

During the' inspection period, your conduct of activities at the Hatch facility was generally

characterized by safety-conscious operation, sound engineering and maintenance practices, 1

and careful radiological work controls,
