The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 145 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-35 for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station. This amendment is in response to your application dated August-10, 1992.-

This amendment revises the Technical Specifications surveill.ance requirements for the station batteries by replacing the rated load discharge test with a service discharge test once-per-cycle, and a performance discharge test every 5 years in place of the service test that'would normally _ occur _ within ,that .
