Revised Manual

Dear Sir:

In Reference (c) the Staf f advised that specific tables could be deleted from the Technical Specifications and included in the ODCM (e.g., Table 3.12-1; Radiological Environmental Monitoring Program).

Accordingly enclosed herewith is a copy of the revised Seabrook Station ODCM which includes these tables. The revised ODCM also reflects agree-ments reached with the Staff during discussions on June 12 and 13,1986.

We believe the ODCM is now consistent with what we expect to be the final form of the Technical Specification. As such we request that it be approved prior to the date of issuance of the Operating License and Technical Specification.
