Duke Power Company is filing herewith Amendment No. 69 to its Application for Licenses for the McGuire Nuclear Station which is under construction pursuant

This filing includes three signed original copies of the amendment with attachments consisting of updated General Informa-tion pursuant to 10 CFR 50.33, " Revision 43 to the Final Safety Analysis Report" i and Revision 6 to Report No. MDS/PDG-77-1, " Evaluation of the Effects of Postu-lated Pipe Failures Outside Containment for McGuire Nuclear Station".
