SUBJECT: NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-369/99-03 AND
50-370/99-03
Dear Mr. Barron:
This refers to the inspection conducted between March 28 and May 8,1999, at McGuire Nuclear
Station. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.
During the six-week period covered by this inspection, your conduct of activities at the McGuire
facility was generally characterized by safety-conscious operations, sound engineering and
maintenance practices, and careful radiological work controls.

Based on the results of this inspection, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has
l determined that two violations of NRC requirements occurred. These violations are being
- treated as Non-Cited Violations (NCVs), consistent with Appendix C of the Enforcement Policy.

The NCVs are described in the subject inspection report. If you contest the violation or severity
