In my letter of December 27, 1989, " Corrective Action Delay Violation 50-369, 370/89-01-07 " I informed you that corrective actions involving a review of our Problem Investigation Program would be complete by June 1, i

This review is complete and the Problem Investigation Process (PIR)
Directive has been revised. Ilowever, we still have several departmental interface issues to resolve and training on the revised directive must be completed.
These corrective actions will be complete by September 1, 1990.
