These reports were submitted pursuant to Technical Specification 5.6.3 and Selected Licensee Commitment 16.11-16.2.
Please. find attached amendments to the solid radwaste disposal report
.(attachment 2) of the subject submittals. A portion of the report was inadvertently omitted due to an administrative error. A station corrective action program report was issued to avoid a similar error in the future.
