T. C. Feigenbaum to USNRC Subject Supplement to Seabrook Station Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report Gentlemen In accordance with the requirements of Reference (c), enclosed is the Supplement to the Seabrook Station Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Report.

This submittal, as discussed in Reference (d), provides the dose calculations required by Technical Specification 6.8.1.4 for the reporting period beginning with initial startup and ending December 51, 1989. Meteorological data will be maintained by New Hampshire Yankee and will be provided to the NRC upon request.
