: 2. REASON FOR VIOLATION The scaffolding in question had shifted during use and, as a consequence, has come into contact with some Category I piping that the scaffold had been erected around. The scaffolding was correctly built, i.e~ it was not hung from the piping, but it had moved during use to touch the pipe in question.
