License No.90-068 50-280 DPR-32 By letter (Serial No.86-648) dated November 14, 1986, Virginia Electric and Power Company submitted a summary lnservice Inspection Report for Surry Power Station Unit 1 which contained the results of the inservice inspections performed during the 1986 refueling outage. A document review has shown that two N IS-2 forms were not filled out at that time when the work was performed. The missing forms pertain to the replacement of bolting material on 1-RC-SV-1551 C (Flange A) and 1-RC-HCV-1556A.
The two NIS-2 forms enclosed in Attachment 1 are being transmitted for inclusion in the previously submitted report.
