Dear Sir:

Please find attached a proposed revision to the McGuire Nuclear Station's Unit 1 Technical Specifications. This revision would correct several typographical errors,-increase the allowable concentration of oxygen in the waste gas holdup system, eliminate the requirement for a hydrogen monitor in the waste gas hold-up system, give certain exceptions to the values specified and allow one safety injection pump to be operable whenever the temperature of one or more of the RCS cold legs is less than or equal to 300 F.

The specific revisions and their justifications are presented in attachments 1 and 2 respectively.
